Ok so I am currently trying to create a team and I have a couple questions, first if I choose not to add a reserve team or u18 team will I be able to add one when I start my career? I know that if you start in the lower leagues and get rid of most of your u18 or reserve players the board ask if you want to disband your reserve or u18 team I was wondering if they will give me the offer to make one in the future?
