created a new team but my team are not in the FA Cup

i have just created a new club and put them in the blue square premier but i am not in the fa cup.. can u please tell me how i can get my new club to play in the fa cup please

and how are you ment to be able to do that because if i put FA Cup in @other divions@ it takes me out of the blue square premier
