So I cheated, gave blackburn some extra cash and Jack Wilshere (hahah), and am now creating a tactic to match my squad.

I will be playing a 4-5-1

neymar
hazard-wilshere
sissoko-ganso
Jones
Olssen - Samba - Jones - Coleman

I would like to play through Ganso, with Ganso spraying passes into space, on both wings and as well as through the middle to neymar (who beats SO many offside traps and slow defenders). Counter attacking football, with few crosses (neymar wont latch on to many in the air, nor will hazard or wilshere), and direct passing. Suggestions? Thanks all!

What is the best way to achieve this result?

Considering the fact that the team you have gone and edited to your liking is not massively different from the original squad, I would suggest counter-attacking. A rigid, countering philosophy that has a deep backline, a moderately normal width and slow tempo will help and large time wasting. Your defence seems good enough to hold out and get the ball up the field, especially through Coleman and Olssen.

wheres steven nzonzi?
maybe try goals galore tactic?
or I would say attacking and fluid

nzonzi is my 3rd choice DM behind Jermaine Jones and Rio Mavuba (who are 1a and 1b), he still needs some time before hes ready for the starting XI.

This is my first time playing Blackburn though, is Nzonzi consistent in 2010? Far superior to Jermain Jones

Thats two opposite pieces of advice. And I dont want to simply download and use a tactic, I get incredibly frustrated whenever I attempt that. Is the moral that it doesnt matter?

My back 5/6 are pretty much status quo for Blackburn, with the only addition being seamus coleman in for Salgado (who is awful). I am aiming for a top 8 finish this year, with Europa qualifying the ultimate goal for 2010.

You are not really playing as Blackburn more of a dream team. I dunno how to play with that team really.

Samba, phil jones, rio mavuba/jermaine jones, seamus coleman, and martin olssen, do not have a place in any sort of "dream" team.

Nevertheless, you are correct, this is a very different team from their current starting XI. I've already admitted to giving the team a much larger transfer kitty than usual.

5 defenders, 3 defensive midfielders, 1 CM, 1 FC, aimless long balls over the top. You're set!

hahaha, again, correct, it is my game, and I do get to do whatever I'd like.

What I would like to do is play a direct passing game through ganso, spraying balls to both wings. I am unsure of how to accomplish that, so I am asking for help..

I've had a word with my mate Sam and he has come up with the perfect Blackburn tactic. Lump the ball into the box at every opportunity and use Morten Gamst Pedersen to launch throws and set pieces into the box for Samba and Nelsen to head in or make a nuisance of themselves, oh and include someone to mark the opposition's GK on all set pieces.
