Creating a new country

Hi. I want to create a new country by using the editor, but I don't know how. My country is going to have a national team, clubs and a league.

I tried this on FM09 but it didn't work, so I was hoping someone could tell me.

You could take a really random country and rename it, change everything.

I would also like to know if anyone's actually made a country without editing a current country that is still participating in football . That way all the countries that are in the game can still play.
