Hi, I am currently making a league for my friends and I with all created players, I know last year there was a restriction on how low the attributes for the players could be (if you tried to make them have a 1 in everything, they would get a bunch of 3s and 7s). I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on the minimums and such for this years edition, because I would like to make the players as bad as possible while not having them all be exactly the same.
