I'm in 2024 with Aldershot Town and we are in the Premier League. I'm looking to create a passing team like Barcelona or, suprisingly enough, Egypt. Now, I achieved this last season and started hammering team, we put 16 goals past Aston Villa in 2 matches.
This season, we haven't been able to create the same sort of connection. I sold a few players because of offers that were too good to refuse. Of course, I signed some players to make up for them.
I use short passing tactics with a normal tempo and this is my first choice midfield
Is it just a case of waiting for the team to gel or am I missing something?
