Creating A Winning Mentality - Never Say Die Attitude

Is it possible to instill a ''never say die'' attitude into your team? Like how Alex Ferguson has shaped his team to win on pure grit and determination.

Will players with high determination attributes help you achieve that aim?

Also..we've seen teams like Blackburn, Sunderland etc turn over for United to be thrashed because of their ''big'' reputation andd winning aura. Can you create that with a team like West Ham for example if you manage to win enough titles?

Yeah definitely is, you just need players with decent mental attributes, particularly determination. My Derby side is virtually built on it. Losing 1-0 to Lyon in CL final, come back to win it 2-1 with a late goal then the winner in extra time, coming back from 1-0 down vs Arsenal away to win 4-1 etc.

High morale and the right team talk is important too.
