Creating chances and not taking them

Guys I really need help. I have a good team and I am creating several chances, but they players are not taking them, happened once that I hit the post more than 5 times, is it normal?. Please help me something is wrong. Now I really under presure to deliver results

I have Van Persie, Edin as striker, my playmakers are Asharvin, Nasri, Theo, Javier Pastore and Di Maria. The team is great, but something is wrong!!!!!!!

its because dzeko hasnt got great finishing and composure, if you want a player like that but with better finishing get chamakh, or use RVP

they may also be snatching at chances to lower the tempo just a bit
