Creating my own player & others if wanted ? (help)

Ok before I start I'm not asking for help on how to get to editor or do it. I know how to,

What im wondering is what should I set my stats as etc, ? should I pick a select few and set them high and let the comp regenerate the rest ?

Kev Naylor also made other players and posts updates on the progress, If anyone would like me to make theyre player aswell I can and post screenshots after 1st season etc, just like kev naylors. Im bored and what something to do so this would keep me amused for a while. I can holiday the season whilst I sleep
