Creating New Club Chairman Problem

Hi, I recently created a new club and I have a problem when I create a chairman/director of football/etc he always has a wage and a contract. I cannot seem to find out how to prevent this from happening.

I have noticed this as well. The only way I have found to fix it is to use FMRTE.
