But the club from the nation itself doesn't qualify for Euro Cup / European Champions Cup.

Or at least a way for the teams to not qualify for the cup. Is there a way?
But when all the options fails. One idea was to 'revive' a dead country such as Great Britain.
And since I'll be doing it from scratch, it means that there are rules applied on the league 'Top team qualify for Euro Cup' or something right?
If yes, please tell me how to change the continent as in the editor it is 'locked'.
