creating new leagues

hi i just wanted to ask when you are creating new leagues do you have to use the nations already on there or can you create new nations

You can make new ones. If you're new to the editor I'd suggest reading the Noobs Guide to Editing in the stickies section of the editing forum. Also, see the Full Editing Option for 10.2 thread for extra options

'Full Edititng Options for 10.2' will give u the option to create a Nation
