Creating new tactic - help?

I'm 30 games through my first season and I've been using the "sexy tactic" which has worked very well but it's becoming too familiar with my opponents so am going to create a new tactic. I'm 2nd at the moment and I am looking to create my own "Ultra Tactic" and would like help from you guys.

I will post screenshots as I make it... The formation will definitely have a DM and two forwards. I have Darren Bent and Fernando Torres up front so I will need to know how to use these effectively.

Also, how will I be able to retain possession efficiently >55% each match and play a high tempo...? (like Arsenal in real life) so how could I do this?

thanks, i know there are a lot of threads, but what helps a team dominate in possession so efficiently but still attack with menace?
