Creating tournaments

I want to have it set up so that my under 18 squad can say play a team from France u18 and have a few other countries play... My question is can we setup small tournaments on our own..

Using the advanced editor yes,

is that the ingame editor... if so i have the pre game editor how do i get my hands on the advanced editor

Basically what i wanna do is how UEFA or what ever the big tournament is in FIFA they have the 4 teams from different countries... I just want to create a 4 pool round robin tournament type thing and then after the round robin the top 2 teams would play for gold aka championship with the loser getting silver aka 2nd place and then the bottom 2 teams battle for bronze and 4th place..
