Was just wondering how everyone sets up the individual creative freedom for the players. I set it up like the following:-

GK: - 0
FB: - 0
FB: - 0
CB: - 0
CB: - 0
DM:- 0
W: - 10
W: - 10
AM: - 14
FW - 10

How much creative freedom do you give to your poacher?

Some players like to give poacher little creative freedom so he doesnt waste chances.Little creative freedom means he will do what you want from him, he will respect your indications better.
