Hello everyone and welcome to my Crewe Alexandra save. I decided to choose Crewe as my team on FM2014 because of their impetus on the use of younger players and prioritizing the use of their youth academy along with the high standards of the facilities. This team are expected to finish 23rd in the SkyBet League 1 but I believe that the quality of this team plus my expertise will allow this team to challenge for a play-off spot. I have already started the season and I am mid-way through and I will continue on from where I am now. I hope you enjoy my debut story and it'll be great to receive some feedback as to how to improve!

I made quite a few signings this summer to give myself a better chance of promotion. Three of them have been disappointing and will leave at the end of the season but there have been some inspired signings such as Jed Wallace and Papa Bouba Diop who have performed admirably. I recommend these players to anyone in League 1.

Gd luck with crewe...I had a gd save with them on fm13 I did a youth challenge and got them into the championship and mid table before fm 2014 came out

I'm also doing a Crewe game and trying to use only homegrown players.

I also signed Jed Wallace (he's excellent!) and would also recommend signing Luke Young from Plymouth.

Currently I'm top of the league after 31 games.
