CROATIA IN EU 2013?

hi all,
I know that Croatia will be in the EU in 2013, does anyone know or can check their save if this is reflected in fm 2012?
i want to buy two regens from there and its only 2012 in my save and i already have my limit of 3 non eu players.

Yes, they are accepted into the EU eventually in FM2012.

As Metz says, they are accepted onto the EU in 2013.
