Crosses

There are WAY too many crosses which I concede from, anyone got any tips in defending these, my defenders just stand there ball watching...

It's a bug. Although as I've said before, while I had problems with it before the beta update, it seems largely fixed now. Are you playing the beta or the demo?

ah its so annoying, its all i concede too.

The patch fixed it for me,as I rarely concede from crosses anymore.
If you still concede alot of goals from crosses,then look at your tactics and how you mark/close down opposition wingers and fullbacks.

Im playing the Beta, but I dont remember doing any update...

You wouldn't have performed it yourself, it updated itself a couple of days ago. I don't know what else to suggest other than it's either the crossing bug and you'll have to wait to see if once the full game is released SI have cleared it up, or it could be your rtactic. Try changing to a new one and see if that helps.
