Hey guys,

This is my strongest 11 its 2012 plus in brackets are their backups;

Cech, (Smithies)
Ivanovic (Santon), Rodwell (Terry), David Luiz (Sakho), Cole (Baines)
Fellaini (Josh McEachran), Essien (Phil Jones)
Sneijder (Eden Hazard),
Sanchez (Neymar), Torres (Falcao), Aguero (Lukaku)

The ridiculous thing despite selling most of the dead wood, this team have won ONLY the league cup! Ive finished 2nd twice, and after a bit of a bad start, I've managed to beat Arsenal 7-0 at the emirates, and go on a bit of a bad run.

Were finally playing the football that I have played on a previous game i did before. I love my 4-3-3 and it just cant work with anyone else. Alexis Sanchez is almost as good as Messi, and hes an 8 rating, something I've never had before, but a little injury prone (touch wood he doesnt get injured again).

On another game with this system, I won 6 consecutive titles, fa cups, league cups, champions league, but with chelsea, and this wonderful talent, they are so fickle and annoying as they can screw up to like Leeds at home.

I'm starting games now as attacking, and leaving it that way and briefly going down to Control or Standard mentality.

They've played A LOT better against other teams, but can you just go "Attacking" for all games of the season? Or will your team tire out?

Sorry its 2013, the ironic thing is Roman too has offered me a 6 year contract, yet sometimes Im "Insecure" job status. Amazing faith.

I've noticed a similar thing with Spurs. I managed them for 9 years, winning the league 5 times, and plenty of other cups along the way. I wanted to try starting another save with Spurs and this time round get all the players I didn't know about before, like Lukaku, Sanogo, Sissoko etc. I only managed to get Lukaku at the beginning, so started off with pretty much the same team as before. I noticed straight away that most of the teams morale was really poor, and it took quite a few wins to get it up. I went on to have a very good season, winning the league with 3 games to spare. The 2nd season has not been easy. I lost 2 games in a row and then half my team started telling me they didn't trust my managerial ability. I had to go back to basics and grind out a few wins, fortunately I did, even going on to beat Chelsea 3-1 and Arsenal 2-0 in the same week. We are on a bit of a run now, but are 9pts behind 1st place Man City who are flying.

I start most games on Rigid/Contain. I get so fed up of conceding an early goal and having to breakdown their defence for the rest of the game. So I start off cautiously and see how we get on. To be honest I only really change it if we do go a goal down. So if I start of cautious and score 1 or 2 goals I keep it the same as I don't want to let them back into the game. I would have to be playing a team at the bottom of the league to start off Attacking.

also, you have bought a lot of players, its going to take time for all of them to adjust to the EPL and the way you play etc.. be patient
when playing at home set it to control or even standard, suss the situation out after 15 minutes then change the stategy depending on chances and formations etc...
