Custom Data Base Request - No Foreigners Allowed

Hello,

I would love somebody to create a custom database where players have to play within their own country.
Transfers between countries are no longer allowed.

Anyone that are up for this?

(Or can tell me how to create this?)

It's doable, but for nations already in the game you would have to recreate the entire rules of that nation. Fine for nations like England where everything's pretty simple but when you get to the likes of the MLS or the A-League, you lose a lot. I've never managed to recreate the playoffs for either nation and the draft is impossible to recreate, as far as I'm aware.
