Customized FC Nantes

Hi everyone, Im pretty new to this forum as well as to FM. I started playing FC Nantes(french league.2). Im using Brobs17 ultimate tactic. First season i finished 3rd and advanced to league 1. Then i made big transfer moves and got some good players. But i finished on 11th place (media said i would finish 15th.) I had some good games and some pretty bad ones. I cant find consistency in my team. Is it because my players are too weak ??





And im using dunc training the meduim version but my players are getting injured pretty often :/ Can u suggest me any better/less injuring training ??

Am i using the wrong tactic or my players are lame ?? any suggestions of changing tactic or players ??

Thanks ill definitely try that. I have brought to my club a few regens. They might not look as impressive as they are on your game when u searched them. Unfortunately Diarra wants out of my club because he wants to play in bigger one. Ill have to buy one good midfielder. I am considering bringing neymar to my club for 14-15 mln. I have 19 mln available for trades.

Anyway thanks for help, if i have some questions in future i will post them

I have one more pretty dumb question about Dunc training

Can u explain me what is:
1. poacher,
2. trequarista,
3. box to box mid,
4. difference between sup,def and att in description of the positions?

I would suggest getting an experienced right back on loan or on the cheap - Romario develops into a beast with the right approach, but he develops slowly from my experience, so you may want an experienced RB.
