Cut inside

What does a winger/inside forward need to to cut inside(Status)?I cant teach my youths to cut inside.They dont want to learn.What status should they have so i can make them want to learn "Cut inside"?

Firstly, will the player benefit from it? If so, whats your manager status compared to his ?

Why wouldnt he benefit?My tactic is based on that concept(wingers to cu inside-inside forwards).I want to teach AML/Rs this not everyone.He would be more useful for my tactic if he would learn it.Im a Wolrd Class manager ingame.I have 10 years of managing and a little kid comes here and tells me it wouldnt be useful(talking about the youth)???And even after i tell him to try it or that i have more experience.I say its not how he wants it he should be oblied to learn it,just **** use it when he wants.

It could be down to 3 things.

- You are yet to establish a relation to him
- He is unambbitous/teenageous etc and that he personally should benefit from it, being a left footed AMR or right footed AML
- That he is indeed smart and the ppms does not benefit him, being a left footed AML or right footed AMR

Just go through the PI and set his wide play to 'cut inside'. Simple! It doesn't matter if he doesn't have that in his ppm!
