Cutting Winger Help.

I generally play a wide 4-2-3-1 (CM's not CDM's) but i do change it up. I want to get the ball to pivot either with my ST or CAM with Wingers cut around the back for a through ball.

Any suggestions with tactics or instructions?

Train your wide men to have the "cuts inside regularly" Preferred player move.
