Hi,

I've just read, that in reality Solihull Moors share Damson Park with Bermingham Reserve(Football) and the Birmingham-Solihull Bees(Rugby).
I suppose Rugby doesn't count, but is there anything in the editor, that avoids extension of the stadium because of this?
Actually the owner is Solihull Moors.
Who knows something about that?

i spose you could just put no extentsion capacity so they have to build a new staduim mate

A lot of bigger teams use local smaller teams as reserve team stadiums, for instance Villa sometimes play at the Bescott (Walsall FC) and West Brom sometimes play at Aggborough (Kidderminster Harriers), its not a permanent home for the reserve sides as location of matches for reserve games changes on a regular basis.

there is no ownership of these clubs to the grounds, just permission to play.
the game will not take into account that reserve teams play on these grounds and stop teams from expanding their grounds.

Do you know the maximum capacity Damson Park can be built to?
I'm not @home, so I cannot take a look myself.

Yes you can't Extend it unless you change it using the editor or FMRTE to change in-game if FMRTE dont change very high as you will be paying for it :(
 
I don't want to cheat, so I am thinking about playing with another team.
Is this the normal case, that lower league theams have no extension capacity?
How much money will I need for a new stadium. In other threads I read, that the board refuses to build a new one, because the one they play in is not that old.
As I remember Dason Park was built in 1995...
 
No, the only way you extend stadiums is by request of the boardroom, being Solihull you will need to climb a fair few leagues before this is possible! They may even build a new stadium depending on your success, but you wont be able to extend it straight away.
 
they will refuse to build one untill you have got trust from the board, and when you have sell outs every time, you play :)

But as I understood Chicharito1988 there is no space for extension(3050 is mx)
Only way is to build a new one.
Or is my English so bad, that I didn't understand what you meant? :-)

In case of building a new one:
How much money do I need (minimum)?
I know about sponsors and debt, but the club needs own money too?!

To build a new one you are going to need to really improve the team as a whole, firstly gaining many promotions to a decent level within England, i would say Championship, Premiership, whilst maintaining high profit margins with finances in order for the board to have the capital to carry out the build.
