Right i singed him and then it says that little bubble next to his name? What does this mean please help.

it means you have not registerd him for the team

How do i do that?

go to your squad screen and register him, if the time has passes, you have to wait until the nest registration window

How do i do that?

Give him a squad number

No need to hit the panic button mate.

All you have to do is to put him in your starting line-up, and then it will come up with a screen where you can register your number. Once done, he can play.
