Bug Dark-mode skin breaking on new pages

When in dark-mode and loading a new page, e.g. pressing a tactic, the new page then loads up as light-mode by default then changes to dark-mode.

Happens infrequently but also more noticable if going back to the previous page.

@Danwolf I know that there is a bug with the toggle, did you try to click it two times instead of just once?

Also I need to fix the "save theme preference" functionality

Nah just once, it's more so when going between pages which would probably align with the save theme preference.
