Darlington Tactic

Hey guys, i managed to get Darlington promoted to the championship from league 2 in successive seasons on fm2010 10.3 database. i used Mr Houghs 4-1-2-3 tactic but now i am in the championship i cant seem to score any goals and win any games. can anyone suggest a tactic for me.

Hey, I used that tactic a lot in FM 10 as well but once I noticed it didnt work that great in FM 11 I made my own tactic which has a simmilar formation. If you would accept playing 4-3-1-2 and have the players for it then try this one out and see how it works for you.
