data editor error

i have fm2011 but cannot get the editor to work

i got through all the files and folders as shown on some other forums but it just leads me to a blank white screen

or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2011\tools\editor
i try these but it only opens blank white page

You might need to re-install Football Manager 2011
