I would like to start play as Portsmouth starting in the 2015-16 season, with a world class academy
I've gone in now and edited the database to be 20 for training, facilities, etc. However, should I create youth coaches and have them 20 as well?
How do i go about letting the game run for 2 years and then adding me as a manager at the end of the 2014-15 season and not letting other teams poach my coaches ever?
