Database Problem

I recently downloaded the LFC Marshall January Transfer data update and placed it in the editor data folder.But whenever I load the editor and select load database I only can select the either the 11.1 11.2 and 11.3 database.Could someone tell me how to find the database I downloaded in editor because I would like to make changes.

Is the file where you selct which databse to play when you start a new game. I wanted to know how you edit database in the editor
