Databases and Saves disappeared?

Hi, whenever I try to install a custom database (in this case Pro's FM13 Transfer Update) I put it into the editor data folder, then when I go to create a new save apparently I don't have any custom databases downloaded and ready to install? And all my extra badges/kits that I downloaded have disappeared, but I looked in the Sports Interactive folder and they are still there? I recently created a West Brom save and now when I go into the "games" folder in "Sports Interactive" it's not there, but I can load it up on the game.

It only started doing this yesterday, and I haven't changed any settings..

you done any disk cleanups or had any major changes to your system recently or any updates, anything, sometime little things can set things in motion
