Jan Transfer Window and Man City are selling David Silva, valued at 21 million and there selling him for 9.5 million

Thing is i bidded that amount for him and was accepted i'm Man Utd.
Question is he really that good i have ander Herrera who's been playing well for me i do have the funds but is it better off being spent elsewhere?

He was outstanding for me. I used him as an AP and he popped up with vital goals. 9.5 millions is an absolute steal. Hes's worth 33m in my team

To be fair Man City have signed a crazy amount of players Muller and Erickson from spurs to name a few.

I am using City myself right now and would highly recommend him. He doesn't score a lot for me since I have him playing as a IF on the right wing, he is a huge part of the way the team runs with the ball and he does a great job controlling the flow of the game. For that money, he is an absolute steal.
