db help

Well, to be honest, I'm a bit of a dumb person when it comes to editing, but basically, i downloaded kris's cypriot leagues, but it didn't come up on the game. I saved it to the right place, editor data, and it works for all my other db's, but not this one. I think it's because it's a RAR file and not an XML document, and the db's that do work are XML documents, so does anyone know anything which could help me out?

you need to extract the xml file from the rar file using winrar http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

if you install winrar then open the rar file and drag the xml file from inside it to your desired destination

open the rar file
click extract
choose the editor data folder
done
