A deadly disease has killed more than 130 people in central Haiti, where a huge earthquake caused widespread devastation earlier in the year.
Hundreds more have fallen ill with diarrhoea, fever and vomiting near the capital Port-au-Prince.
Officials aren't sure exactly what the illness is yet, but think it could be Cholera, which is spread through dirty water or food.
Now the race is on to stop the disease spreading.
Officials are worried the outbreak could reach the tented camps where thousands of people who were made homeless by January's quake are still living.
Up to 300,000 people died as a result of the earthquake in Haiti.
It's one of the poorest countries in the world, and that's made rebuilding the country really difficult.
Billions of pounds have been pledged by countries to help Haiti. But a lot of that has been slow getting to the people who need it.
