Keep getting message that Jimmy Bullard move to me (Celtic) has fallen through with no reason for it

No not injured fella, i checked, usually says he failed a medical if thats the case.annoying coz he slots in nicely to my tactic.May have to edit him in on a future on the editor, hate cheating but its bugging me.
