Deal or no deal help

This is probably a really a stupid question but how do post a thread in the deal or no deal page?

And just write what you want in the white "text-area" below the "Quick Reply", and then press 'post quick reply' in the blue box !?

If you can make a thread here, you can't be that troubled replying to a thread

Lol ok it's just on other pages there's a button at the top that says post thread but deal or no deal didn't lol. Ok I understand know lol. Thanks for the help
