Decent players to sign for one of the newly promoted teams? (Norwich, Swansea, QPR)

I'm looking into being one of the newly promoted teams and I need some advice on decent players to sign in the 1st season?

Kara, Gabriel Araujo, Yaya Sanogo, Wilfried, Neri Cardozo, Carlos Fierro,... You should also look on the transfer list for possible good players

i started unemployed and after the first season swansea got relegated and i got offered the manager job.
The best signings i have made are Tote for cam, Xandáo for DC, Jamie Ness for CM, Frazier Campbell and David Pollet for ST. Don't know how good these players would be in the premiership though.
