Decent, reliable back up keeper

Anyone know of one that fits what's said in the title ?

As far as I remember, I don't think Lindegaard has ever kept a clean sheet. Or should I keep him ?

The tip does say 'Keepers enjoy their best years or reach their peak at 31', something like that.
 
I just signed a greek goalie for free, I think his last name is Vlachodimos. 3 1/2 stars and He is doing great as a back up in my Newcastle line up.
 
Jason Steele, Alex McCarthy or that Khune guy who Sunderland always sign!
 
I usually sign Jason Steele as back up goalkeeper. Alex McCarthy is another option but he's a little older.

[Bare in mind, I am usually Premier League clubs :P]
 
Lindegaard should be more than efficient back up.
i signed Carlos Kameni for LFC though, he's experienced and only 2m
 
I remember the days I used to sign Thibaut Courtios for like 1m or something as my back up keeper (many FMs ago. Dam you Chelsea!)

I find Steele is a good back up though
 
I usually go for the GK of a relegated team, they usually come cheap. Got Ben Foster from West Brom for 1M, was solid backup for 3-4 years.
 
I bought jack butland in my 3rd season and he's been great as a back up. he Doesn't play the big matches for me but gets just as much playing time as De Gea and he performs. So good to have a back up gk that can do something, lindegaard was very bad lol

How much did he cost you ? And did you get rid of Lindegaard ?

12.25 mill at the age of 22, I think its worth for what you get and plus he's english.
As for Lindegaard he's still sat in my reserves/U21 squad cause nobody wants to buy him off me and he has no place in my team lol

Pretty pricey for a backup IMO. But he'll definitely be in my shortlist.
