Yo yo yo!

i have this annoying problem with my players stats decreasing! no matter what team i am, what training regime i give my players... nearly every single stat drops!! i dont get why this happens. i know that players stats drop and then increase due to training, but nearly every single players stats decrease by a few point.

Does any one else have this problem? or know why this happens or how to stop this?

smileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ^^)
:P

no dude, not edited at all fella!! its really annoying! it makes me not want to play those platers!

The other funny thing is,

if i send any player on loan, that players stats do not drop at all!! its crazy!! i am using only the updates sega/fm 2011 have released! i dont use any editors or saved game cheats! i dont even use the editor the game comes with!

i dont understand whats going on! this is the first fm game that its happened with! and me no like it!! haha

rock on all!

Try getting better coaches in. Hellroker has an amazing Coaches thread here

thankyou dude! i have amazing coaches! even as teams lilke real madrid, lyon, fc bayern, porto, man utd, arsenal, ac milan, juventus, to watford, luton, leeds, swindon, charlton e.t.c

no matter what team i am, loads of players stats completely drop!!!

The fact that the problem persists over different saves means that the problem is you. It can be a number of things, one is that the training schedule you're using. If the schedule is too intense their stats actually drop rather than improve. If a player complains about heavy workload you need to decrease it.

Yea dude, that is what i have been thinking. But, i have played around with the training schedule and the workload has always been fine for the players! i have hired the best coaches i could and even downloaded people's awesome training ideas.. but alas, stats go down. to be honest its a little annoying, but wont stop me playing it!! i was just wondering if anyone had the same issue or had any idea at all what i could do!!

Another exclamation mark overuser <)
Anyway, are you training them in a different position? Apparently it decreases stats at times. It happened to me with Lavezzi in Napoli. (He lost one point in his pace)

It can be because of crappy training facilities, crappy coaches, crappy schedule or injuries
Seeing the teams you've managed, I'd put my money on the later two

I agree with Crowley and the crappy training facilities. It also depends on what areas of training you are covering. If you have individual training for players and match preparation selected this will obviously eat into their normal training time.

I think this is a problem known as the "really **** manager" bug, im not too sure if there is a patch for it though

@romfordranter , there is no need at all for that sort of language. i think that you shouldn't be commenting on things if you have nothing constructive to say. i feel sorry for you that you have to try and come across like this.

Thankyou everyone else for your input. It is very much appreciated!

maybe if you persist for a while they will go up. I find they go down sometimes in the summer and pre-season.

private chat and tell them all, each and every one if necessary, that they need to improve their training.
if need be, make an example of one player - first threaten to transfer list him for poor training right off the bat and the following month, if his training hasn't improved, list him, offer him out and sell him to Levante (or any other **** club).
