Deep lying playmaker for Chelsea

I'm looking for a deep lying playmaker for Chelsea. Its summer 2012, i can pay for him max. 25-30m. I dont want any star player like Ganso or Sahin. I was thinking about Axel Witsel, but what do you think? Any suggestion?

Where is Mikel?

Anyway for a more future option you could get Crisetig.
If you want a player now I would go for anyone of the players mentioned above.

Hmmm, Bertolacci is okay, Crisetig is a great prospect for DLP, but if you want a top notch DLp I'd definetely go for Andrea Poli, he is amazing and quite cheap usually too.
