Defense first Tactic

I usually play with an offensive tactic, with the main aim to outscore the opposition, however recently I have been trying to perfect a defensive tactic.

The aims of the tactic I am trying to create are:
-Primarily keep a clean sheet
-Then look to score
-When leading 1-0/2-0/2-1, go straight to a counter attacking style of play, simply aiming not to concede.

This tactic is fairly similar to Mourinho, however I have had some trouble trying to recreate such a tactic. Any tips would be good, I have tried playing in a 4-3-2-1, and a 4-3-3 (3 CMs, 2 Wingers, 1 ST).

Just read trough the mourinho tactic..

The first 2 ok.. but the 'park the bus' looks way to one sided to work in FM. Only defending and no transition at all.. the bbm is the runner but he willnever see a ball coming from a teammate.. Chelsea also tried to play quick counter football not by only hoofing it away with 'go route one' but with breaking quickly after possesion was won with fast but accurate passes.

Stil looking for a good defensive one also.
