As we know within the game there are defensive option for every position, Limited Defenders, Ball Winning Midfielders, Defensive Wingers, Defensive Forwards, I often play the usual Chelsea based 4-2-3-1 with defensive wingers to put pressure on the opponents and hussle them as soon as possession is lost...

What role for the AMC, gives the best work rate and defensive side without the ball? It seems the only position without specfic defensive counter part?

in my experience, Shadow Striker, despite the name, does more work defensively than the other roles.
