Defensive/Ball winning midfielder - Real Betis

I am looking for a decent young defensive midfielder to provide cover/competition for Sunny in my midfield next year. After finishing 4th we have champions league football next year so want to add some quality and depth to the squad.

Moussa Sissoko was my first choice but Newcastle have just snapped him up for £17m so I need to look elsewhere. Can probably stretch my budget to between £15m-£20m.

Any advice would be great....

Moussa isnt really a more defensive type,his more box to box.
