Defensive tactic to hold leads

Hi,

I am having trouble defending leads, particularly at the end of games. I find that last fifteen minutes, despite my tactical shouts, I am always on the back foot come the end of the game. Does anybody know of a tactic I could teach my team to see out leads more effectively?

Ive had a look and I couldnt find one, and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
