Deportivo-CB for 1.2 mil-Low wages

Hi,
so i got this game as deportivo and I'm looking for a centre back for 1.2 mil with low wages as my wage budget is very low and it started 80k over but managed to get it in 'the green' but can only offer a max of 5k per week

can anyone help me?
