Derby Season 3 Multiple positions!

Hi, Currently in my third season with The Mighty Rams. Got just under 25 million to spend due to finishing 7th last season and selecting continental qualification this season. Looking for a few players to boost the team that i have got already. I have just let alot of people go and not renewed there contracts because they werent good enough or where to old to carry on and stats were dropping. 41212 is my formation.

Not really sure what everyone is like and who's available in season 3 but is Joe Mattock available and if so is he good enough? Also, I've heard Jack Butland (GK) from Birmingham develops well so is good enough or available?
