I found players with high determination tend to mature into the better players, look at all the great players and you will find they have high determination stats. So i've made a shortlist containing players under 25 with high determination. Some are wonderkids, some are cheaper players for lower the Premier League. But the main point is, if you fill your team out with these players you will find your team will fight for results much better once a goal behind 
. Highest value player is £7.5m, lowest about £500k and the size is about 60 players.
