So I have some 4.5 star potential players, they're like 16/17.. i'm no good with training so whats the best thing to do to get the best out of them?

Its all about game time I think
If they are good enough for your first team or you can afford to play them often then do it, if not send them on loan to someone that will play them
Next if you keep them put them on a training schedule (download one)
Then keep changing his individual focus everytime it goes up one, this keeps him improving

I've not been able to find any good training schedules, I've looked but not seen

Find the best youth coaches you can. Tick the box in the team policy that says, use current first team tactics. Every now and again, play them in cup matches against weaker sides. Send them out on loan. As far as training goes, make your own schedules focusing on how you want your team to play. If you have a similar player who is reaching the end of his career, get him to tutor the youngster. If you have the money and they aren't at a good enough standard already, upgrade your youth facilities. The weakest important stat for the players position, put as the individual focus. Also, I think there's a thread for training schedules if you search. Hope that helps.

When I try to make training schedules, nothing happens. Defenders have been on one I copied and none of their stats are improving
