Developing youth - really slow burner!!

Just wanted to see if anyone else was suffering from this....

Every wonderkid takes years and years to develop - this seems by far the slowest I have ever had this in FM. In contrast players retain their level to an older age too. Is everyone else getting this?

Yeah, development rate of youngsters seems slower this year compared to last few FMs. To fully develop youngsters on this FM they need to play constantly + train well.
