Development and Unwanted list?

Hi everyone,i just wanted to know what happens when you add a player to the development list,does this make your best youth players grow faster?,also what happens to players on the unwanted list?,is this when the club,but not you will try to find a club for a player you don't want?,thanks

Basically its a lazy way of selling/loaning players.

If you add players to the development list, you assistant (or another member of staff) will try loan out the players on the list.

Same with unwanted, except they will sell/release them
